Despite the negative experiences, the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city, we were able to easily access all the main attractions and restaurants. Plus, our room had a beautiful view of a park, a nice bonus. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable, providing a comfortable and tidy environment to relax in after a long day of exploring.
Arrived during Easter weekend, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. Check-in was chaotic and took forever, and our room wasn't ready until hours later.

Great location! The hotel is located in the center of the city, right next to a beautiful park. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the dog-friendly park and the fact that we could exercise there. There was plenty of transportation available nearby.

We loved staying at this place! Such a convenient location close to public transport links means exploring the city was easy. Plus, being located in a quiet area that's opposite a lovely park meant we could relax in the garden with a drink and some snacks from the snack bar. The room was modern and clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfy sitting area to relax after a busy day exploring.
One thing to note is to remember to bring mosquito spray! However, we highly recommend this hotel to others looking for an enjoyable and hassle-free stay in an excellent location with friendly staff.
